Day 1 : Arrival in Venice
After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, your private transfer will be waiting in the arrivals area to provide your transfer to the hotel that you have selected.

Mestre is about 9 kilometers from Venice and has a more laid-back atmosphere. There are some interesting places to explore such as the Teatro Toniolo which stages classical concerts, Piazza Ferretto which is overlooked by the medieval Torre dell’Orologio (St. Mark’s Clock Tower) and many streets are lined with al fresco coffee shops and trattorias. A few hip bars and cafes cluster at the restored 19th-century Forte Marghera and neighboring San Giuliano Park has views over the Venetian Lagoon.
Venice is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. It has no roads, just canals – including the Grand Canal thoroughfare – lined with Renaissance and Gothic palaces. The central square, Piazza San Marco, contains St. Mark’s Basilica, which is tiled with Byzantine mosaics, and the Campanile bell tower offering views of the city’s red roofs.
Summon one of the many water taxis plying the canals and explore some of the other islands such
as Murano, Burano and Torcello which are the most visited islands and have frequent water bus services in what is a very short journey from the main island.
Murano is the most commercial of the outer islands and is famous for its glass work and Burano is famous for its lace.
The rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the city.
Overnight: 3* Hotel Al Vivit or similar (Mestre) OR 4* Hotel Centauro (Venice Island) or similar

Day 2 : Mestre
After breakfast, the day is at leisure to continue the exploration of these lovely areas.
Overnight: 3* Hotel Al Vivit or similar (Mestre) OR 4* Hotel Centauro (Venice Island) or similar

Day 3 : Mestre – Precenicco Le Boat Base
After breakfast this morning, you have some spare time to continue to explore the city as the private transfer to Precenicco is at 2pm and your boat pick- up time is 4pm.
At Le Boat office you will need to complete some forms but once all relevant paperwork has been completed, you will be taken to your boat where you will be shown how everything on the boat works from the heating, hot water to the gas oven and kitchen appliances. You will also be given a boat handling demonstration so that you and the other guests are able to take the boat out on the water and practice steering and maneuvering under the guidance and supervision of one of Le Boat team.

Day 4 to 10 : Cruising the Canal
As you can see on the map, there are many different areas to cruise to depending on your interests – whether it is wine tasting, history and culture or the scenic nature.

The Friuli region north of Venice is a place where you boat in Italy and never want to go home! As you cruise, serenity washes all your stress away. You stop at island towns, poke into small museums, and kick up your heels at Adriatic resorts in Jesolo. The following is only an example and you are free to explore as long as you return your boat to end base by 09h00.

• Precenicco: Precenicco is a nice and welcoming town. Come in and discover its medieval town center, with its numerous restaurants and bars.
• Lignano Riveria : Famous as one of the best summer destinations in Italy for fun and entertainment, Lignano is packed with good facilities and amusements. Enjoy a day on the beach or take a walk along the river Tagliamento, with
its crystal light blue water and pristine white sand which is carried by the river from the Carnia Alps.
• Bibione: Bibione is a large seaside resort, and a welcoming and nice medieval town to walk in. In front of the mooring, you will find restaurants and bars. A good occasion to have a relaxing walk along the shore.
• Caorle: Travel to Caorle and chill out in its beautiful all pedestrian town center and its numerous painted houses and good restaurants. Here, you will have a great chance to walk along the lagoon and admire the wonderful landscapes.
• Concordia Sagittaria: Concordia Sagittaria is a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to a feast
of roman treasures and artifacts – not least the amazing mosaic uncovered and on display near the center of town. Concordia makes for a pleasant and worthwhile detour with a lovely collection of good restaurants in the pedestrian area close to the moorings.
• Portogruaro: 3 km from Concordia Sagittaria, and reachable by bike, Portogruaro is a charming town with a big pedestrian area full of shops, bars and restaurants. You’ll also enjoy the watermills, which have been fully restored and are in working order, and the traditional ‘osteria’ (typical venetian bars). For those interested in the local history, don’t miss the fascinating roman archaeological museum.

Day 11 : Precenicco Le Boat Base
After you’ve returned your boat to Le Boat staff at 9am, your private transfer will take you to the Venice Airport for your flight.
