Your journey of Greece and Turkey begins in Athens, where you’ll be transferred to your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht. Athens, the capital city of Greece, is a remarkable blend of rich tradition and modern dynamism.

Day 2 Sun, 20 Jul Delos, Greece – Mykonos, Greece (B,L,D)
Delos, a small rocky island in the heart of the Cyclades archipelago, is one of the most important mythological and archaeological sites in Greece. In the afternoon, you will venture to Mykonos. The island’s allure lies in its blend of traditional Greek culture and cosmopolitan flair. Whitewashed houses with vibrant blue doors line the winding streets of Mykonos Town.

Day 3 Mon, 21 Jul Patmos, Greece (B,L,D)
Patmos is a small Greek island in the Aegean Sea steeped in religious history. The Monastery of Saint John the Theologian, a UNESCO World Heritage site, towers over the island’s capital, Chora. Nearby you’ll find the Cave of the Apocalypse, where, according to tradition, Saint John the Theologian wrote the Book of Revelation. The local cuisine of Patmos is a delightful mix of traditional Greek dishes and fresh seafood.

Day 4 Tue, 22 Jul Kusadasi, Turkey (B,L,D)
Visiting Kusadasi offers a fascinating blend of history, beautiful beaches, and vibrant markets. Its history dates to ancient times, with early settlements by the Lelegians and Carians around 3000 BC. The town has seen many rulers, including the Byzantines, Venetians, and Genoese.

Kos is a Greek island just four kilometres off the coast of Bodrum, Turkey. It’s the birthplace of Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, and home to several historic ruins, including an ancient agora, a Roman Odeon, and the Asklepion, an ancient healing temple.

Day 6 Thu, 24 Jul Santorini, Greece (B,L,D)
One of the most photogenic islands in the world, Santorini is an eye-catching place with whitewashed buildings clustered on top of soaring cliffs rising out of the ocean. Santorini is renowned for the beauty of its iconic architecture, domed rooftops, volcanic-sand beaches and world-famous sunsets.

Day 7 Fri, 25 Jul Paros, Greece (B,L,D)
Paros is one of the prettiest Greek islands in the heart of the Aegean Sea. Its verdant green landscape is adorned with vineyards and orchards laden with citrus fruits and pomegranates. Wander the winding streets of the capital Parikia, to see the quintessential Cycladic architecture and quaint white houses with bright blue doors and window boxes full of blooming bougainvillea.

After breakfast, you can set off to explore Athens and discover the hidden gems of this Greek capital. In the afternoon, we’ll welcome you back on board your Emerald Cruises luxury yacht for the second half of your journey, where you’ll get to explore the best of Greece and Italy.

Day 9 Sun, 27 Jul Transit through the Corinth Canal – Itea, Greece (B,L,D)
It’s time to pass through the 19th century Corinth Canal, a narrow waterway that crosses the isthmus of Corinth in Greece. From the exterior decks, watch as the ship navigates the narrow strip of water bordered by soaring ochre-coloured cliffs.

The small seaside town of Itea has beautiful coastal scenery and is close to the UNESCO World Heritage site of The Delphi Sanctuary. Delphi is home to the ruins of the Temple of Apollo and considered the centre of the world in Greek mythology.

Day 10 Mon, 28 Jul Fiskardo, Cephalonia Island, Greece (B,L,D)
Fiskardo is a delightful village on the northernmost part of the Ionian island of Kefalonia, Greece. It has a vibrant harbour encircled with cypress and olive trees, beautifully preserved Venetian architecture, and excellent local wines and seafood.

Day 11 Tue, 29 Jul Gallipoli, Italy (B,L,D)
The southern Italian town of Gallipoli is in the province of Lecce, in the region of Apulia. The town is divided into two parts: the Borgo, which is the newer, mainland part of town, and the Old Town, situated on a limestone island and connected to the mainland via a 17th-century bridge.

Day 12 Wed, 30 Jul Giardini Naxos, Italy (B,L,D)
Overlooking the Ionian Sea on the east coast of Sicily, Giardini Naxos holds historical significance as it was the site of the first Greek colony in Sicily, established in 735 BC. Swim in its clear and glimmering waters or visit the nearby beautiful town of Taormina.

Day 13 Thu, 31 Jul Capri, Italy – Sorrento, Italy (B,L,D)
The allure of this Italian island paradise is timeless. Stroll the winding streets and dine al fresco under twinkling fairy lights — try the classic Caprese salad and Limoncello, a local lemon liqueur. Marvel at the towering cliffs and hidden sea caves, including the Blue Grotto, an illuminated sea cave.

Day 14 Fri, 01 Aug Sorrento, Italy (B,L,D)
Sorrento is a tempting destination on the Italian coastline, with exceptional sea views, mouthwatering cuisine, and bold Italian style. A romantic coastal haven, Sorrento has steep coastal cliffs studded with authentic Italian villas, world-class restaurants with sweeping views of the Bay of Naples, and fragrant lemon groves nestled beside tranquil wine bars.

Day 15 Sat, 02 Aug Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy (B)
Your luxurious yacht cruise concludes in Civitavecchia, where you’ll be transferred to the airport for your return flight home or to continue your holiday.

Our Flexible Booking Plan has been introduced for complete peace of mind. We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we’re offering the flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed.
Our Flexible Booking Plan allows you to defer your booking to an alternative date, or cancel your journey, up to 90 days prior to departure, less third-party fees. We will provide you with a Future Travel Credit to use on an alternate tour/cruise, which is valid for 24 months.
This plan is available to purchase for a wide range of destinations* for departures in 2022 and onwards.
*Excludes Russia, Galapagos & Amazon

Platinum Protection Plan

The Platinum Protection Plan (“PPP”) is available for new river and ocean cruising bookings for travel after 1 January 2022 for Scenic and Emerald Cruises (“Eligible Booking”). By adding this plan, you are covered if you unable to travel due to health reasons, or your travel plans are impacted by COVID-19, up to 31 days prior to departure with a 100% refund (less airline cancellation fees and PPP cost), or a 70% refund between 15 and 30 days prior to departure (less PPP cost). The PPP must be purchased together with the Eligible Booking at time such booking is made and may not be added at a later date. The PPP is provided at a cost of $395 per person per river cruise, $495 per person per cruise on Emerald Cruises yacht cruising and $595 per person per cruise on Scenic Eclipse voyages (“PPP Fee”).

The PPP is not available on Oberammergau, Amazon and Galapagos cruises or land tours and the PPP is also not available to new bookings using a Future Travel Credit.
