Day 1: Arrive Genoa
Arrive at Genoa airport and transfer to your hotel. Time to settle in. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Genoa Sightseeing (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin the morning with a private city tour. The Historic Centre of Genoa is one of the most extended medieval Historic Centres of Europe and the most densely populated. The Historic Centre is a maze of alleys (caruggi) that unexpectedly end up in small squares. That, as well as the churches that dominate them, belonged to important noble families. Balance of the day at leisure.
Day 3: Genoa – Monterosso (B)
After breakfast, own transfer to the train station and board your train to Monterosso. Arrival in Monterosso and private transfer from the train station to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon free time to spend in Monterosso.

Day 4: Monterosso/Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore, Vernazza, Manarola – Monterosso (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your private guide for a full day visit to the famous Cinque Terre, a unique geographical area, rich in tiny peninsulas and bays. In 1997 the area was awarded World Heritage status by UNESCO. Depart from Monterosso train station and arrive in Riomaggiore. Visit this village characterized by high and colorful houses, winding alleys, and tiny squares. Take the Cinque Terre express train and arrive in Vernazza to visit “La Perla” of the Cinque Terre. See the colorful houses, the medieval fortifications, and the church of S. Margherita. The small square overlooking the sea is one of the most evocative of the Cinque Terre. Continue by train to Manarola and visit the village stained with bright colors and surrounded by green vineyards and terraces. Among the most famous images of the Cinque Terre is of the Marina di Manarola immortalized by Punta Palaedo. Train to back to Monterosso and overnight at your hotel.
Day 5: Monterosso – Cinque Terre – Monterosso (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet your private guide and visit the “biggest” of the Terre. Take the train through beautiful scenery to “Vecchio”. Visit the the estate of one of the most active farms in the area and enjoy a tasting of Doc wines and local snacks. In the afternoon visit the Convent of the Cappuccini Friars. The complex was awarded 1st place in the FAI ranking “Places of the heart” 2015 edition. Return to your hotel in Monterosso
Day 6 : Monterosso/Porto Venere (B)
After breakfast, meet your guide and depart by boat to Portovenere to admire the entire coast of the Cinque Terre from the sea. Arrive in Porto Venere and disembark. Visit the village with the rocky outcrop dominated by the famous Church of San Pietro, one of the most magical places in the whole Liguria that inspired many poets, including Lord Byron. Continue by boat back to Monterosso.
Day 7: Monterosso (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day at leisure to explore this beautiful area
Day 8: Monterosso – Genoa depart (B)
After breakfast, checkout, and private transfer from your hotel in Monterosso to Genoa Airport.
