Day 4: Lisbon (B/Tapas & Wine Tasting)
Tuk Tuk Sightseeing & Gastronomy Experience today. See Lisbon’s well-known quarters from Bairro Alto to Chiado and Rossio – on a Tuk Tuk! Then admire beautiful views of the City of Seven Hills as you sample traditional Portuguese tapas and wines. (Important: Tuk Tuk only takes children ages 4 and up.)
Day 5: Lisbon – The Algarve (260 km)(B)
After breakfast, take a private transfer to the railway station to board your train to the Algarve region where you’ll spend the next 4 nights. Upon arrival, take a private transfer to your hotel and check in.

Day 6: The Algarve (195 km)(B)
Embark on a full-day historical tour of the Algarve region. Visit the mountains and see Moorish and Roman ruins, including Silves, the old Moorish capital, with its castle and cathedral. Travel through the Monchique Mountains to Foia, the highest point of the Algarve, for a photo stop. Next, head to Lagos and see the first indoor slave market in Europe, Saint Anthony’s golden church, fort and old town. Enjoy the sights in Cape Saint Vincent, the most southwesterly point of Europe, known as “the End of the World,” and stop at the strongest lighthouse in Europe, Baleeira, with a beautiful fishing harbour.
Days 7 & 8: The Algarve (B)
Enjoy the next two days in the Algarve. Relax on the beach, or head out to explore this beautiful region.
Day 9: Algarve – Lisbon (260 km)(B)
Transfer to the railway station to take your train to Lisbon. Then, transfer to your hotel and enjoy your last evening in Portugal’s capital city.

Day 10: Lisbon – Return to Canada (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and board your flight home.
