This unique event combines a luxurious tasting flight of our award winning seven stars sparkling wine series or selection of our Provenance and Benchmark Series wines with the theatrical art of opening a bottle of sparkling wine with a saber, a tradition that dates back to Napoleonic times.
Led by our expert hosts, you’ll delve into the rich history of Township 7, the evolution of sparkling wine, and the dramatic technique of sabrage. You’ll then be guided through a tasting flight of four wines, with your choice of either our celebrated seven stars sparkling collection or our highly awarded table wines.
The highlight? A live sabrage demonstration, where you’ll not only witness the spectacle but also have the opportunity to saber a bottle of seven stars Polaris yourself! After your successful sabrage, relax and toast to the moment on our stunning patio with your freshly opened bottle.
