Day 1:  Nairobi

Upon arrival at Nairobi Airport, our guide will be waiting for you in the arrival hall carrying a branded sign board. Meet and greet and transfer to your hotel.
Accommodation: Tamarind Tree Lodge or similar

Day 2: Nairobi – Amboseli (B/L/D)

Breakfast. Visit of the Langata Giraffe Center. The orphanage for giraffes, which was only temporary, has become a real institution. You will be able to feed the Rotschild giraffes from a platform. This extremely endangered species was saved from extinction by Lady Leslie Melville, whose mansion can be seen nearby. Lunch at the Carnivore restaurant. Embark on your guided tour aboard your minibus. Drive from Nairobi to Amboseli. Arrival at the lodge in the late afternoon. You may have the chance to see the Kilimanjaro without any clouds and take some wonderful pictures. Dinner at the lodge.
Accommodation: Sentrim Amboseli or similar

Day 3: Amboseli (B/L/D)

Breakfast. Discover the Amboseli National Park. Located about 250 km from Nairobi and along the Tanzanian border, the park derives its name from the Masai word “Empusel”, meaning salty, dusty place. The ecosystem of this low rainfall region depends on water from Mount Kilimanjaro (5895 m). A particular feature of Amboseli is the possibility to take picture postcard photos of elephants against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Lunch at the lodge. Guided afternoon game drive through the Amboseli National Park. Dinner at the lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo East (B/L/D)

Breakfast, then drive to Tsavo Park. Picnic lunch en route. Afternoon game drive to Tsavo East in your tour vehicle. An integral part of Tsavo National Park (Kenya’s largest park, 20,812 km²), Tsavo East is separated from the western part of the park by the railway line connecting Nairobi to Mombasa. No fence currently separates the two parks, allowing animals to move freely from one area to the other. The flat desert landscape, with the exception of the Yatta Plateau (one of the longest lava flows in the world from the extinct volcano Ol Donyo Sabuk), offers a wealth of wildlife. Grant’s gazelles, zebras, impalas, Coke’s hartebeest, giraffes and lions are easily observed. Elephants and buffaloes are common and often grouped in large herds of several hundred heads. Dinner at the camp.
Hotel: Sentrim Tsavo East or similar

Day 5: Tsavo East – Diani Beach (B/L/D)

Breakfast. Morning game drive. Before the main heat of the day, the animals are still alert and this is the best moment to photograph them in action. After your safari, drive from Tsavo East to Diani beach (drive of around 4 hours). Picnic lunch en route. Dinner at the hotel.
Accommodation: Leopard Beach Resort & Spa or similar

Day 6-8: Diani Beach (B/D)

Days at leisure.

Day 9: Diani Beach (B)

This morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Mombasa Airport.
