Claire's Tips

Claire’s Top Attractions for Kauai

Beach at Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaiian Islands

Waimea Canyon – This is the largest canyon in the Pacific and truly a dramatic sight to behold. Though smaller than the Grand
Canyon, Waimea rivals the beauty. Numerous lookouts and hikes offer terrific views of every aspect of this natural wonder.

Hanalei Valley Kalalau – This lookout in Koke’s State Park stands 400 feet above sea level and offers a peek at a valley full of lush
greens and abundant wildlife. The only way into the valley is by foot along the Kalalau Trail or by boat.

Wailua Falls – The 140-foot waterfall appears on many postcards, and once discovered, it’s easy to see why. From there, take a cruise
up the Wailua River to beautiful Fern Grotto – a cave full of lush ferns that grow right out of the cave walls.
