Day 1: Perth
Welcome to cosmopolitan Perth. Roam around on your own exploring the city’s top attractions and experiences.

Day 2: Perth (B)
Explorer the city with a relaxed morning tour, starting at the vast Kings Park and the Botanical Gardens. Take a stroll on the Tree Top Walkway for some great views of the Perth skyline and see the 750yr old Boab tree. Enjoy the scenery on the drive along Cottesloe beach to historic and cosmopolitan Freemantle where you can explore its cafes, shops, and beautifully restored old buildings. When ready, travel back to Perth via a Swan River Cruise and admire some of Perth’s most exclusive suburbs along the way.

Day 3: Overnight Onboard Indian Pacific (B/L/D)
Climb onboard the Indian Pacific for an amazing journey to Adelaide that won’t soon be forgotten. Travel in ultimate comfort and style in your Gold Service twin cabin, which features all-inclusive meals in the discretely ornate Queen Adelaide Restaurant Car, access to the Outback Explorer Lounge, complimentary toiletries and bath towels, and still wine, beer and spirits on request all day long. This evening’s excursion in Kalgoorlie will introduce you to Hannan’s North Tourist Mine where you’ll enjoy a short play performed by local artists, see the Super Pit gold mine. Return to the Indian Pacific for a nightcap and your journey onwards through the night across the Nullarbor Plain.

In the afternoon, explore the ghost town of Cook (population four). Back on the train, relax and recharge in your cabin before heading to the lounge or dining carriage.

Day 5: Adelaide (B)
Welcome to the lively city of Adelaide. Featuring an enjoyable Mediterranean climate, miles of beautiful coastline, green parks, a vibrant arts and music scene, delicious cuisine, and some of the world’s best wine, let’s just say it’ worth a visit.

Day 6: The Barossa Valley (B/L)
Enjoy a real treat today with an all-day tour to the world-renowned Barossa wine region. Travel through some stunning scenery and some beautiful vineyards, stopping in the award winning Pinarie for a tasting and morning tea. Following some free time in Tanunda a gourmet lunch is served on the famous Lambert Estate, then there is even time for a visit to the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company for a further wine (and chocolate!) tasting before returning to Adelaide

Day 7: Melbourne (B)
Board The Overland train from the Parklands Terminal to Melbourne Southern Cross station. With Red Premium Service, you’ll enjoy all-inclusive breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and a relaxing and comfortable journey while taking in the diverse landscapes between these two incredible cities. Upon arrival in the coastal capital of Melbourne, get settled at your hotel.

Day 8: Melbourne (B)
Get to know the city on your own. Stay local and check out the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, St Kilda beach, and Melbourne Museum. Up for a day trip somewhere memorable, take the Great Ocean Road along the breath-taking stretches of coastline to Port Campbell National Park and the Twelve Apostles. In the evening, explore the city’s dining and nightlife scene.

Day 9: Phillip Island Penguin Parade Evening Tour (B)
Enjoy the morning at your leisure then in the afternoon join your included Phillip Island Penguin Parade evening tour. First visit a Koala Conservation Reserve to see Koalas up close and personal in their natural habitat, then follow a Park Ranger on an informative guided walk. Cross the bridge to Phillip Island in the fishing village of San Remo before arriving at the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre, where you will learn all about the little penguins. At Summerland Beach, you will get to see the nightly ritual of the fairy penguins waddling out of the ocean into their burrows in the sand. Day 10: Melbourne to Sydney (B)
Travel by train from Melbourne Southern Cross station to Sydney Central in first class. Sydney is one of the world’s most beautiful and exciting cities. A bustling city center, amazing architecture, golden beaches, beautiful weather, and a world-famous harbor are just a few reasons to travel here.

Use your included Sydney Explorer Pass to discover the city’s most popular attractions and landmarks, including the Tarango Zoo, Sydney Opera House, the beautifully mysterious Blue Mountains, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Bondi coastal walking tour, and much more!

Day 12: Day Trip to The Blue Mountains (B/L)
Experience a full-day, all-inclusive tour of the magical, mysterious Blue Mountains. Visit Sydney Zoo on your way out of the city then learn all and traditional Aboriginal tools, artefacts and bush tucker and the Bungarribee Dreaming Experience. Enjoy lunch in the charming village of Leura before a ride on the Scenic Skyway, Cableway, Walkway, and Railway at Scenic World. Take the 2.4km stroll on the elevated boardwalk through the Jurassic rainforest for the perfect vantage point of the incredible Three Sisters and Jamison Valley. The scenery truly is breath-taking, but when the time comes to head back to the city do so with a scenic cruise to Sydney Harbour along the Parramatta River.

Check out delicious cuisine at up and coming restaurants, do some shopping on Pitt Street, learn about Aboriginal culture and history, join locals for a barbecue, or check out the permanent collections of the Museum of Contemporary Art for free. See the Rocks neighborhood, Chinatown, the Gap in Watsons Bay, Darling Harbour, and world-famous Bondi Beach.
